Provide Commercial Real Estate clients with outstanding service including opening accounts, transferring funds, processing wires, and answering questions with regards to loans and deposit accounts
Assist Relationship Managers with loan closings, including interfacing with the client, title companies, attorneys, appraisers, and other third party vendors.
Monitor the draw process for construction loans, including interfacing with the client, relationship manager, contractors, project managers and inspector and reviewing the draw request which includes review of the budget and invoices. Maintaining a balanced draw/loan budget including change orders and reallocation requests. Reviewing the inspection report for adequacy and coverage of the requested draw.
Monitor specialized loan provisions and developing tracking documentation (spreadsheets, ticklers, etc.) to ensure compliance with all loan requirements.
Monitoring any escrow or reserve accounts for specific loans and compliance with loan requirements.
Monitor file exceptions and past dues for all loans in the portfolio.
Coordinate with Treasury Sales and Implementation
Assist with special projects as necessary
Must have at least 2 years of experience working with commercial real estate loans
Prior experience with AFS and CBS or other loan and deposit systems preferred
Superior understanding of legal documents as they relate to loan documents preferred
Superior client service skills/attitude
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met
Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
