    Responsibilities

    • Work closely with Correspondent Sellers to facilitate the purchase of residential loans in accordance with applicable Federal and State requirements, Agency guidelines and Texas Capital Bank policy
    • Respond within published SLAs to all condition reviews and audit findings
    • Responsible for conducting a thorough review of all final loan information submitted through the rebuttal process, ensuring mortgage loan documentation is complete
    • Responsible for conducting a thorough review of all closing documentation and conditions; including Note, Security Instrument, Closing Disclosure,  closing conditions, and final disclosures submitted through the rebuttals process
    • Verify accuracy between the virtual loan file and Texas Capital Bank systems
    • Ensure each mortgage loan is adherent with bank policy, investor guidelines, and in compliance with all government regulations
    • Communicate the required conditions and stipulations effectively
    • Analyze conditions and loan file data for accuracy and correct as required
    • Communicates data quality findings to other employees and managers
    • Assist in resolution to any compliance issues identified
    • Keep current on residential mortgage loan regulations and procedures
    • Other duties as required
    • Position may require overtime

    Qualifications

    • College degree preferred
    • 3+ years of mortgage operations experience preferred
    • Correspondent experience preferred
    • Expertise in MS Excel preferred
    • Thorough knowledge of residential mortgage loan documentation, requirements, and regulations
    • Knowledge and understanding of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA and USDA guidelines and procedures
    • Demonstrates the ability to comprehend program changes and new program guidelines
    • Possess strong analytical and research skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with others in an agile, deadline driven, team environment
    • Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to manage priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
