    Responsibilities

    • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast paced, deadline driven, team environment
    • Detail-oriented and well-organized
    • Self-starter with excellent time management skills with ability to manage priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Some project related experience
    • Strong Excel skills –(Vlookup Formulas, analyzing reports/data, use of short-cut keys, creating pivot tables)

    Qualifications

    • College degree preferred
    • 3+ years of recent mortgage operations fulfillment experience preferred
    • Correspondent Lending or Wholesale experience preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with Intermediate/Advanced skills with Excel
    • Demonstrated ability to organize and process multiple document requests to assure timely and accurate completion
    • Knowledge of residential mortgage loan documentation
    • Ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast paced, deadline driven, team environment
    • Proven track record of being a self-starter
    • Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of urgency
    • Must demonstrate a flexible, professional and proactive attitude
    • Detail oriented and well organized with the ability to manage priorities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
