Texas Capital Bank is growing, as is its internal communications team. This role presents a tremendous opportunity for an experienced communications professional to shape the function, set the standard for communications at the bank and elevate the role of internal communications.
The Internal Communications Manager will be a strategic advisor to leaders across the bank, including senior leadership, human resources, marketing, IT and other key departments driving initiatives crucial to the bank's success. The position will be responsible for executing communication campaigns that achieve business results, as well as making strategic recommendations through the lens of communications and influencing decisions. The internal communications manager must be a highly strategic thinker who takes an analytic approach to communication planning, applying a deep understanding of the business and employee behaviors to a thoughtful, comprehensive communication approach.
This person will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the organization. As a seasoned communicator, this person must craft artful communications and tell captivating stories that motivate and inspire employees. The Internal Communications Manager will be responsible for articulating the organizational narrative, connecting the dots between every decision the bank makes to the company strategy, all while ensuring employees understand the valuable role they play.
