    Responsibilities

    • Maintain deal activity pipeline and manage reporting requirements
    • Track credit approval packages and all syndication/sell down requirements
    • Prepare closing fee memos  and update revenue/fee scorecard
    • Maintain contacts database
    • Maintain and update lender database and bank tear sheets
    • Collect Administrative Details Reply Forms from lenders on mandated transactions
    • Coordinate with Loan Operations to manage the collection of client administration fees
    • Assist in the logistics and planning of lender meetings
    • Assist in the posting of transaction information to and maintenance of web-based deal sites
    • Assist Syndicated Finance team in loan closings, including the compilation of deal expenses, transaction funds flows and fee reporting
    • Support Syndicated Finance team by answering calls, maintaining daily calendars, scheduling appointments, filing and updating reports
    • Assist with special projects as necessary

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university required
    • Strong database and spreadsheet skills with a superior working knowledge of Excel including formula driven outputs required
    • Prior experience in commercial lending or capital markets preferred
    • Prior experience with Intralinks or other web-based deal sites preferred
    • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Well-organized and heightened attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Superior client service skills/attitude
    • Advanced skills in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
    • Ability to work some evening and weekend hours if needed
