    Responsibilities

    • Maintain Credit Files; scanning, updating Tickler system and proper storage/retention of all documentation
    • Collect and clear on-going required financial reporting covenants (tax returns, updated financial statements for borrowers & guarantors, etc.)
    • Monitor expired and cancelled insurance policies with follow-up to agent & borrower and/or initiate force placed insurance
    • Liaison with all CLG personnel to efficiently handle new and renewal loan workflow; including cross-training for loan closing/loan funding
    • Manage daily current and delinquent loans payments
    • Process loan advances
    • Process wire transfers
    • Engage Loan Operations with loan servicing/research requests
    • Engage Treasury/ Treasury Support for new treasury services and/or treasury servicing request including renewals of ACH Guidance lines

    Qualifications

    • High school education or equivalent, college preferred.
    • Five years related experience, preferably in a banking environment with proven and customer service skills.
    • Must possess a general understanding of bank products and services
    • Familiarity with PC and mainframe lending software applications.
    • Adaptable and ability to multi-task.
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal communications and customer relations skills are required.
    • Attention to detail to accurately perform tasks and problem solve
