    The Ideal Team Player will be partnering with the Internal Business Users and IT teams integrating and supporting applications via tools such as webMethods, BizTalk, and potentially other ESBs. The Application Integration Administrator will be the point of contact for any system outages, updates, enhancements, and or 3rd level support. While working in a constructive team environment, the Application Integration Administrator will work cross-functionally to maintain stability in the production and test environments.


    • At least 1 year of hands on experience with SoftwareAG webMethods Suite required
    • Working knowledge of Windows Server 2012 and 2016 required
    • Strong understanding of webMethods Clusters, Integration and Trading Networks Servers, MywebMethods, JMS and Broker queues and topics Debugging developer services experience would be a plus
    • Experience on webMethods API portal suite is required
    • Working knowledge and experience in PowerShell scripting required
    • Familiarity with Web Authentication and Authorization systems, Active Directory, SAML, and Okta preferred
    • ITIL Foundations v3 knowledge preferred
    • Ability to work within a fast paced team environment
    • Excellent organization skills with ability to balance multiple priorities successfully
    • Aptitude for troubleshooting systems or applications
    • Ability to assemble and clearly present technical information to non-technical persons with a customer-centric focus


    • Managing server health, performance and capacity monitoring as it relates to webMethods’ health and optimal performance
    • Coordinating server, infrastructure teams, and webMethods development team for all work impacting webMethods components and servers in Development/Test/Production environments
    • Managing webMethods software updates/fixes, including the inventory, planning and coordination of installing all updates in a lifecycle running from DEV to TEST to PROD
    • Managing user access and security for all webMethods environments.
    • Point of contact for technical relations with the vendor (Software AG), including opening, managing and closing support cases
    • Document support procedures and update knowledge base on an ongoing basis.
    • Work cross-functionally across teams to maintain stability in the production environment
