    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the daily processing of recorded collateral documents, title policies, UCCs and vehicle titles.
    • Review incoming monitored collateral documentation for accuracy and completeness.
    • Update Fields Tickler Tracking system as appropriate.
    • Review document monitoring reports to track outstanding documents for all commercial loans.
    • Review and respond promptly to emails from lending business units regarding monitored document exceptions.
    • Communicate and interact with lending business units, title companies and attorneys regarding monitored documents.
    • Support Special Assets Group with document monitoring for charged-off and OREO loans including appropriate delivery of collateral documents as directed.
    • Assist with projects and tasks assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • Two years experience in commercial loan operations preferred
    • Demonstrated knowledge of loan documentation preferred
    • Must possess effective written and oral communication skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of loan software, document monitoring software and Microsoft Office preferred
    • Must possess effective written and oral communication skills 
    • Must be detail-oriented and possess superior customer service skills
    • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
