    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the daily clearing of various loan document exceptions sent in by the business unit.
    • Ensure all exception documents received are reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
    • Review, evaluate and respond to loan document exception status.
    • Communicate and interact with Collateral Audit Specialist and appropriate business units regarding clearing of exceptions.
    • Update Fields Tickler Tracking system with exception document information as appropriate.
    • Review and respond to emails in a timely manner from business units.
    • Assist with department projects and tasks assigned by management.

    Qualifications

    • Two years experience in commercial loan operations preferred
    • Demonstrated knowledge of loan documentation preferred
    • Must possess effective written and oral communication skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of loan software, document monitoring software and Microsoft Office preferred
    • Must possess effective written and oral communication skills 
    • Must be detail-oriented and possess superior customer service skills
    • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
