    Responsibilities

    • Review mortgage sale information and compare to trade dollar amounts
    • Complete quality assurance reviews during the loan funding process
    • Assist Investor Accounting with wire preparation and other related tasks
    • Meet and exceed production standards
    • Effectively communicate issues in a timely manner
    • Track and monitor errors and escalate exceptions as required
    • Perform research and provide assistance with approved trades
    • Perform other related duties as requested

     

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years in the mortgage industry
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/advanced skills in Excel
    • Demonstrated experience using mortgage servicing systems preferred
    • Customer service mindset with a team and goal oriented approach to day to day operations internally and externally
    • Excellent communication, research and problem resolution skills required
    • Ability to prioritize work while meeting deadlines
    • Adapts quickly to changing requirements
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Knowledge of investor accounting principles and concepts preferred
    • Associate degree preferred or commensurate work experience in a related field
