    This position will assist with maintaining and executing a comprehensive process for identifying, assessing, testing, monitoring and reporting on compliance risks that may impact organizational performance. Interact with management across the organization to gauge and report on the effectiveness of compliance risk mitigation.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify opportunities to automate Compliance Testing using reporting dashboards
    • Define key risk indicators and key performance indicators for various lines of business and regulations
    • Determine business requirements through collaboration with business lines and enterprise reporting
    • Validate and reconcile report results to ensure reporting accuracy
    • Design and implement compliance monitoring reporting dashboards for Senior Management utilizing data visualization tools
    • Analyze compliance monitoring results and make recommendations regarding increased compliance testing or other oversight
    • Partner and communicate effectively with all levels of management to ensure compliance monitoring results are interpreted appropriately

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business preferred
    • Financial Services or Consulting experience required
    • Experience as a Business Analyst is preferred
    • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tool preferred
    • Experienced in compliance management, auditing, or process improvement
    • Able to create business requirements documents, validate report results, implement reporting dashboard
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills  
    • Strong Microsoft application knowledge (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook) and aptitude for grasping and using various bank software applications
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
    • Demonstrated ability in communicating effectively, both verbally and written
    • Work independently and coordinate with the work of others
    • Well organized and detail oriented to handle diverse and concurrent assignments
    • Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time
