    Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive post-closing documentation audits of commercial, consumer, real estate and energy secured loans 
    • Ensure accuracy of new and renewed critical loan documentation for compliance with bank policies, procedures and government regulations
    • Identify and track exceptions and work with the line of business to clear loan documentation audit exceptions
    • Review UCC liens post search
    • Monitor and assist with incoming requests via the group email inbox
    • Process research and maintenance requests from line of business units
    • Work on special projects as needed

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum six (6) years of loan-related banking experience, including at least four (4) years commercial loan documentation and collateral tracking experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of business entity document requirements 
    • Proven oral and written communication skills
    • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
    • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with the Relationship Associates, Relationship Managers, and other internal partners
    • Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods such as month-end and quarter-end
    • High level of prioritizing and organizational skills
    • Ability to perform independent analysis and interpretation of incoming research requests 
    • Ability to lead projects and take initiative 
    • Ability to develop job aides and training material as needed
    • Must possess necessary skills to support other areas of Loan Operations team

     

    Preferred Requirements

    • Prefer at least two years of participation and syndication loan experience 
    • Experience with ACBS, nCino, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Nautilus Imaging System, AFS Level III, Fields Tickler Tracking System
