    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate daily funding efforts with Relationship Managers and Relationship Associates to ensure the bank meets funding deadlines and operates within the boundaries of bank policy and regulations relative to all loan types. 
    • Funding loans via wire transfer, DDA deposits, drafts or approval funding
    • Assist Loan Funding Supervisor and operate as a resource for the Loan Funding Specialists as a “go-to” person on all funding related issues prior to funding
    • Ensure ongoing compliance with established policies and procedures and federal, state, and local government regulations
    • Assist in new employee training process

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of seven years banking experience with a minimum of 5 years of loan operations experience
    • Must have superior knowledge and understanding of business entity documentation requirements and requirements for perfecting various collateral liens
    • Experience must include the application of bank’s credit policies and lending authorities as required during daily processing 
    • Position requires sound business judgment as well as analytical and problem solving skills 
    • Ability to comprehend and implement processes based on written procedures and verbal instruction Good interpersonal and relationship building skills, including the ability to work in a team environment Professional oral and written communication skills with a good sense of personal organization
    • College degree preferred, but commensurate work experience considered equivalent
    • Fields Tickler Tracking System, AFS Level III, Internet, CT Solutions, Nautilus, CBS Plus, D & H LaserPro, ADP EZ Labor, Outlook and all MS Office Suite
    • Inquiry knowledge of AFS Level III, Working knowledge of Fields Tickler Tracking System preferred; Functional MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word skills required, Nautilus Imaging System and CT Solutions a plus
    • Extremely flexible in managing multiple funding’s at one time and the ability to make sound decisions in a deadline driven environment
    • Works as a member of a cohesive team, offering assistance to others during peak periods
    • Professional oral and written communication skills
    • Must have highly developed analytical and problem solving skills and require minimal supervision
    • Demonstrates the ability to remain calm under pressure and capable of proposing and accepting compromises for issue resolution
    • Project a sincere consideration for the requirements of business partners, always striving to maintain the integrity of Loan Operations
