    Responsibilities

    • Assist Relationship Managers with loan closings and the subsequent monitoring, which includes managing both credit and collateral exceptions
    • Provide commercial banking clients with outstanding service including opening accounts, transferring funds, processing wires, and answering questions with regards to loans and deposit accounts
    • Utilization of loan and deposit tracking system
    • Prepare credit authorizations, applications & forms
    • Support Relationship Managers by answering calls, maintaining daily calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing travel arrangements, copying, filing, and updating reports
    • Assist with special projects as necessary

    Qualifications

    • Must have at least 3 years of experience in a commercial bank working with commercial/business bankers
    • Prior experience with loan and deposit systems ; knowledge of AFS and CBS a plus
    • Prior loan closing experience preferred
    • Superior understanding of legal documents as they relate to loan documents required

    • Superior client service skills/attitude
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills 
    • Well-organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met
    • Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
