    Responsibilities

    • Answer, screen, and route calls, take messages and provide information as appropriate
    • Provide banking clients with outstanding service including opening accounts, transferring funds, confirming incoming wires, and answer questions with regards to daily maintenance of deposit accounts
    • Support Special Assets team by maintaining daily calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing travel arrangements, managing conference rooms set up, expense reports, copying, filing, and updating reports
    • Maintain appropriate records, files and documentation
    • Order and maintain supplies
    • Distributes mail and prepares outgoing mail
    • Assist with special projects as necessary

    Qualifications

    • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a commercial bank working with corporate bankers
    • Superior client service skills/attitude
    • Strong written and verbal communications skills 
    • Well-organized and detail-oriented
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks, interruptions and fast-paced environment to ensure that deadlines are met
    • Proficient knowledge of PC/Internet including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
