    • Perform all necessary functions for document preparation, including but not limited to: comprehensive file review for commercial, consumer, real estate secured loans and vendor work included with requests, generating new loan documentation through Laser Pro 6.0
    • Perform the loan edit process and transmit documents via email
    • File review of collateral files/supporting documentation for existing and renewed loan requests for documentation preparation
    • Prepare loan documentation revisions/changes as requested
    • Coach, educate, and communicate with Relationship Associates regarding completion of loan documents, assisting with questions, and alerting to any incomplete documents
    • Prepare amortization schedules as requested
    • Assist in Funding or Support as needed due to high volumes or shortage of staff
    • Update the Loan Origination Tracking Report. Cross-trains in various department functions to assist during peak times


    • Minimum 7 years’ experience in loan operations or loan-related banking experience, including at least 5 years loan documentation experience which includes consumer, commercial and real estate loans
    • Must have a developed understanding of business entity document requirements, bank accounting systems and perfecting various collateral liens
    • Strong working knowledge of AFS, Doc Tickler, CBS Plus, Laser Pro 6.0, Microsoft Office and Internet
    • Superior oral and written communication skills, ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
    • A strong commitment to customer service, ability to multi-task in dynamic business environment, able to meet constant deadlines
    • Ability to independently identify resolutions to documentation and/or deadline issues
    • Strong organizational skills that allows for independent analysis of business needs and adjustment to those needs
