    This position is responsible for administration of Texas Capital Bank’s SharePoint environment.  This solution is used to support our internal intranet sites including but not limited to workflow, document version control, and general information about specific departments.  This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing SharePoint and other workflow based technologies and software used throughout the enterprise


    • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that encourages productive interactions with customers, co-workers and supervisors
    • Perform basic administration of the bank’s SharePoint instance and security settings using standards
    • Manage multiple SharePoint environments for application support and maintenance
    • Manage overall health, functionality, and performance monitoring of SharePoint
    • Manage SharePoint permissions for sites and applications as needed
    • Regularly audit the SharePoint environment
    • Identify and report governance violations
    • Identify, diagnose and resolve end user problems in a manner that exemplifies the bank’s high standards of customer service
    • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity
    • Assist users with solution design and management
    • Recommend best practices based on interactions with the user community
    • Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new vendor application extensions or updates to existing applications
    • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they related to the various applications
    • Participate in the integration process with other enterprise systems or other applications  as the opportunities arise
    • Assist co-workers with task completion and work load over run as requested
    • Perform other duties as assigned


    • 2-5 years’ experience in SharePoint administration required
    • Moderate to advanced knowledge of HTML & CSS required
    • Moderate to advanced knowledge of PowerShell required
    • Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, jQuery or other programming languages a plus
    • Experience migrating from SharePoint On-Premise to SharePoint Online preferred (SharePoint 2013/2016 strongly preferred)
    • Knowledge of O365 & SharePoint Online offerings preferred (PowerApps, Teams, Stream, etc.)
    • Experience using Adobe Photoshop to create, manipulate or adjust images a plus
    • Moderate to advanced knowledge of workflow applications preferred (SharePoint, Nintex, etc.)
    • Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012 & SQL Server 2012
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field preferred
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills that involve internal and external contacts regarding complex policies, procedures or programs

    • Ability to handle moderate amounts of intense concentration or mental stress
