    • Partner with identified SMEs to develop new procedures and revise existing documentation
    • Educate and support SMEs during the writing process for procedure or policy development
    • Ensure consistency of documentation format and structure
    • Facilitate policy and procedure approval process 
    • Organize and maintain electronic documentation and archive files
    • Educate and support SMEs publishing to the Bank’s internal policy and procedure site
    • Work on other writing projects, special projects and job support assignments as required
    • Lead and partner with SMEs during annual reviews of line of business policies and procedures
    • Assist with special initiatives to support the COSD organization
    • Research and document current state processes and partner with COSD leadership to develop and document future state processes
    • Assist with client journey mapping activities, workflow and impact analysis, procedures and training


    • Bachelor’s degree (Journalism, Business Communications, English, Technical Writing or the equivalent) preferred
    • Minimum of five years of procedure writing experience preferred
    • Experience using a Help Authoring Tool (SharePoint and Madcap Flare, Adobe RoboHelp or equivalent)
    • Proficient in the use of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio 
    • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Professional
    • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects
    • Must possess robust editing skills 
    • Must be detail oriented and well organized
    • Ability to work independently and perform as a self starter
    • Strong organizational skills to include effective time management in all key responsibilities of the job
    • Experience with Information Mapping and style guides including Microsoft Manual of Style, The Chicago Manual of Style and The Associate Press Stylebook
    • Familiarity with the financial industry and banking systems, policies and procedures
    • Ability to travel as needed
