    • Calculate financial ratios to monitor compliance with loan documents
    • Accurately verify documents from various borrowers, which includes financial statements, accounts receivable aging, borrowing base calculations, liquidity and various reports related to loan compliance
    • Archive documents in compliance with all banking related regulations
    • Coordinate document flow between internal and external customers


    • Minimum 2 years of experience with credit loan documents and credit monitoring verification experience in the financial services industry preferred 
    • Bachelors degree in finance or accounting required, including 9 hours of accounting coursework
    • Proven understanding of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and how they relate to each other
    • Full understanding of loan and collateral documents in the financial services industry
    • Identify and understand the difference between public and private information
    • Must be detail oriented and prepared to work in a professional business environment
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work and Outlook
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
    • Superior time management skills and the ability to work independently
    • Working knowledge of syndicated loans and participations preferred
    • Working knowledge of Intralinks, SynTrack or similar platform preferred
