    The bank’s Private Wealth Advisors team provides comprehensive wealth management services including wealth strategy, investment management, trust and estate administration and concierge private banking. The successful candidate will partner with our Private Wealth team in Dallas to deliver investment solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients including researching and solving issues, initiating deposits and disbursements, and responding to other inquiries or needs
    • Support Private Client Advisors and Investment Advisors
    • Open new accounts including preparing and sending documents to clients, and assist with client on-boarding and account closures 
    • Process and follow-up on client documentation for proper maintenance of accounts and to ensure compliance
    • Assist with presentations and other materials for clients and prospective client meetings
    • Assist with client special events as needed  
    • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications

     

    • Minimum 3 years or more experience in the financial services industry including securities, wealth management, banking and trust operations as well as a working knowledge of regulations, compliance and documentation
    • Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred
    • Knowledge of investment products, concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry
    • Highly articulate, proactive and self-motivated, possesses a sense of urgency, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent client service skills and prior experience handling confidential information with discretion 
    • Proven ability to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all organizational levels
    • Work independently and be able to make decisions
    • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
