    The Facilities Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of multiple facilities, including Property Management Coordinator communications across departments and locations, safety, custodial service, and vendor management work order processing.


    • Ensures proper maintenance of multiple bank locations, working with TCB executives and employees, property owners, management offices and vendors
    • Manages the purchase of company supplies and refreshments, and other facilities-related vendors
    • Meets with vendors and major suppliers to evaluate products and services. Negotiates agreements beneficial to the organization
    • Maintains liaison with Federal, State and local agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Manages staff, ensuring a motivated, professional and responsive team
    • Exhibits and promotes high standards of customer service and team work
    • Creates and maintains reports relating to work orders, budgets, space utilization, and vendor activities
    • Maintains department records


    • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred; or equivalent years of experience
    • Minimum of five years facilities management experience required
    • Prior leadership experience preferred
    • Strong knowledge of facilities principles and practices, leasing and vendor management
    • Effective communication (both verbal and written), negotiating, and presentation skills
    • Ability to determine and set priorities
    • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills to make appropriate decisions when solving critical problems and accomplishing objectives
    • Excellent PC software skills for analysis, audit, reports and presentations
    • Ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships across the organization
    • Must be able to work overtime in support of company projects
    • Must be able to travel in support of company projects, including overnight stays
    • Experience with corporate mail rooms
    • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
