    The bank's Builder Finance team is headquartered in Houston and works with exceptional home builders from coast-to-coast. 

    Responsibilities

    • Review and prioritize requests for new home construction closing documentation from the Loan Servicing Processors
    • Keep a detailed log of all requests 
    • Prepare supplemental Deeds of Trust/mortgages with legal description and closing instructions based on information provided by Loan Servicing Processor
    • Prepare invoice to provide with closing documents
    • Review all closing documents for accuracy prior to sending to Loan Servicing Processor
    • Communicate with the processing group regarding closing deadlines
    • Update Deeds of Trust/mortgage templates when line renewals and/or increases are documented and closed
    • Assist with any exceptions, if applicable, regarding corrective Deeds of Trust and other documents
    • Assist with other projects as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2 years of builder finance new home construction documentation preparation or a background that includes experience with title commitments, Deeds of Trust or State of Texas lien laws
    • Detail-oriented, team player and excellent customer service skills 
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills with an ability to respond quickly to emails and phone calls
    • Ability to work in fast-pace environment and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
