    Responsibilities

    • Perform funding reviews for daily loan requests, working with Relationship Managers and Relationship Associates to correct documentation deficiencies prior to approving funding
    • Fund loans via Wire Transfer, Drafts or approval funding
    • Ensure ongoing compliance with established policies and procedures and federal, state, and local government regulations
    • Ensure file room standards and security of negotiable collateral under dual control procedures
    • Cross-train in various Loan Operations’ functions to assist during peak times

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of six years of loan-related banking experience including at least four years commercial loan operations experience required
    • Two years of real estate and construction loan documentation and collateral tracking experience preferred
    • Deonstrated knowledge of business entity document requirements and perfecting real property liens
    • Knowledge of documentation for land loans and acquisition and development (A&D) loans, preferred but not required
    • Knowledge of Letter of Credit processing from a documentation standpoint preferred
    • Knowledge of Participation/Syndication processing from a documentation standpoint preferred
    • Experience in applying bank’s credit policies and lending authorities as required to daily funding activities
    • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • High degree of visual and mental alertness and concentration skills in an open cubicle environment
    • Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods such as month-end and quarter-end
    • Experience with AFS Level III, Fields Tickler Tracking System, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Nautilus Imaging System and TCL
    • Flexibility to manage multiple funding’s at one time
    • Must possess exceptional analytical, problem solving  and organizational skills
    • Ability to work in a high-stress, fast paced, time sensitive environment with minimal supervision 
    • Ability to project sincere consideration for the requirements of business partners and maintain the integrity of Loan Operations
    • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
    • Must be able to support other areas of Loan Operations as needed
