  • Overview

    Texas Capital Bank’s Private Wealth Advisors Division is seeking a Wealth Management Loan Officer Assistant.  In this newly created role the ideal candidate must be a detail-oriented administrative professional with demonstrated experience in the mortgage industry.  The incumbent will need to deliver superior customer and sales team support.

    Responsibilities

    • Serve as the administrative point of contact for the Private Wealth Client Advisor throughout the mortgage origination process
    • Manage customer contact and communication as needed or instructed by the Private Wealth Client Advisor
    • Take borrower loan application (1003) and obtain necessary underwriting documents
    • Work with the credit and deal teams to prepare a complete mortgage file document package and thorough borrower application for submission
    • Interface with the Operations team to monitor pipeline activity and ensure a seamless loan fulfillment process
    • Work to resolve any issues in a prompt and professional manner recognizing the objective of delivering a stellar customer experience throughout the process

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • NMLS licensure under Texas Capital Bank’s charter upon employment required (Federal background check required)
    • 3 – 5 years’ experience in the mortgage industry required.  The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Jumbo / High Net Worth lending environment
    • Knowledge of all applicable consumer mortgage regulations and the origination workflow process required
    • An ability to operate effectively in environments of change and transformation
    • Firm borrower advocate with a deep commitment to go above and beyond to ensure that the mortgage origination experience is consistently best in class required
    • Self-starter with strong problem solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict time constraints and with a high degree of autonomy
    • Strong oral and written communications skills required
    • A team player with the flexibility to receive constructive professional feedback when appropriate
    • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products required
