    Texas Capital Bank’s Private Wealth Advisors Division is in search of a seasoned, customer focused, mortgage industry management professional to oversee day to day operations of the bank’s third party fulfillment provider.  In this newly created role, the ideal candidate will work to build operational excellence across the loan lifecycle including superior customer and sales support, consistent production execution and adherence to internal business controls.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Direct and monitor all end to end third party vendor fulfillment activities to ensure that service level performance and loan production quality is fully compliant with all bank and regulatory guidance expectations
    • Effectively balance operational efficiency with the need to safeguard a white glove customer service experience across the origination lifecycle from initial loan application through transaction funding and post-closing
    • Develop and deploy line of business policy and procedure related to the operational management and oversight of third party vendor partners
    • Interface with Relationship Managers across all markets on a consistent basis to support Private Wealth mortgage business development efforts across the franchise
    • Actively support Audit, Risk, and Compliance efforts by thoroughly and expeditiously responding to all inquiries and open items

    Qualifications

    • Bachlelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; Master’s Degree Preferred
    • 10+ years of progressive management experience in the area of Mortgage Operations required.  The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Jumbo / High Net Worth lending environment required
    • Extensive practitioner knowledge of the entire consumer mortgage origination process including Sales, Product and Pricing, Underwriting, Processing, Closing, Funding, and QA/QC required
    • Demonstrated management and oversight experience of third party vendor relationships used for all critical mortgage fulfillment activities is required

    • Heightened sensitivity to the regulatory landscape and the interdependent relationship which Risk, Compliance and Audit share with a mortgage line of business
    • Established leadership track record of successfully working with both internal and external partners to set goals, make decisions, and achieve business objectives
    • Seasoned change management background with a proven ability to both communicate and operate effectively in environments of transformation
    • Firm borrower advocate with a deep commitment to go above and beyond to ensure that the mortgage origination experience is consistently best in class
    • Solid analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills with an affinity for process engineering, data driven decision making, and continuous improvement methodologies
    • Autonomous and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under strict time constraints
    • Superior oral and written communications skills with a proven ability to effectively interact and influence across all levels of an organization
    • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products required
