    • Become a trusted advisor to financial institutions in the Southeastern US market
    • Work with C-level executives to provide liquidity management and balance sheet solutions
    • Develop and execute a sales and marketing plan
    • Travel in market to actively prospect for new business while managing an extensive portfolio of existing correspondent relationships
    • Partner with industry trade associations and represent Texas Capital Bank through active participation in state banking association conventions
    • Partner with loan syndications team to build and manage investor bank relationships
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients


    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business; MBA preferred
    • Prior experience as a correspondent banker or service provider calling directly and managing business relationships in the financial institutions industry
    • Experience in providing and underwriting credit exposure to financial institutions is a plus
    • Proven success building relationships with C-level executives
    • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a client portfolio
    • Extensive travel within the assigned market territory
    • Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Ability to build positive working relationships across the organization
    • Proficiency in the use of software tools for reports, audits, analysis and presentations
