    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the daily processing of paid loans, collateral relaseses, recorded documents, title policies, UCCs
    • Review and distribute US mail
    • Review and clear lien perfection document exceptions
    • Communicate and interact with coworkers, business units, Compliance Officers, Credit Officers, title companies and attorneys
    • Analyze and perform daily loan maintenance and input into Fields Tickler Tracking system
    • Review and respond to emails from business units and other departments
    • Assist with projects and tasks assigned by management

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of two (2) years experience in loan operations
    • Minimum of two (2) years experience processing collateral releases, paid loans, UCCs, lien perfection documents and tickler monitoring
    • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of different types of commercial loan documents, exception monitoring, collateral releases, UCC tracking and negotiable collateral
    • Must possess effective written and oral communication skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of AFS, Fields Tickler Tracking System, iLien, Nautilus and Microsoft Office software
    • Must be detail-oriented and possess superior customer service skills
    • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
