    The Network Delivery Manager will be responsible for mentoring and leading the team. Reporting to the Enterprise Infrastructure Delivery Manager, the Network Delivery Manager will work closely with teams across IT Architecture, Operations, Enterprise Project Management Office, and Business Unit Leaders to accomplish projects. The Ideal Team member will also be responsible for various technologies including troubleshooting and documentation.


    • Leads, directs, and mentors the team with regard to project responsibilities and processes
    • Interfaces with Architecture, Operations, PMO, and business unit leaders
    • Monitor and analyze network and voice performance and provide reports on a regular basis
    • Prepares and follows detailed documentation, standards and guidelines for data network and voice system procedures
    • Takes corrective action to improve data network or voice performance; Provide assistance and knowledge transfer to various IT departments on data network and voice related functions
    • Defines parameters for implementations of LAN and WAN network equipment
    • Responds to emergency situations and can performs effective troubleshooting during a production outage
    • Provides detailed knowledge and documentation of network infrastructure including but not limited to Cisco ASA, Cisco Nexus 7k, 5k and 2k, Cisco’s ISE , Cisco ACS, Cisco Client VPN access, F5 Load Balancers, Cisco Wireless Access points and wireless LAN controllers, Solarwinds, and packet analyzing software
    • Provide Cisco ASA configuration, management, validation and support
    • Provide LAN switching and routing support and configuration
    • Updates or adds network standards and procedures as needed


    • 8+ years of data network and voice systems support experience required
    • 5+ years of experience managing others required
    • 2+ years of network architecture experience required
    • 2+ years of project management experience preferred
    • 1+ years of experience working in cloud environments preferred
    • Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree preferred
    • Solid understanding or experience in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
    • Ability to prioritize multiple projects (5-7)
    • Flexibility in schedule and ability and willingness to provide after-hours support when necessary
    • Must have strong knowledge of
      • Cisco ASA command line configuration in version 9.1 and above
      • Cisco NX-OS command line interface
      • Cisco IOS command line interface
      • Nexus 7k, 5k and 2k switch design and implementation
      • NX-OS SAN configuration on Nexus 5K switches
    • Data Center design experience regarding DR and failover testing and routing protocol design
    • Good working knowledge of the interoperability of voice systems
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to write detailed documentation around processes, procedures and day to day tasks
    • Ability to independently work on projects through completion
    • Exercise initiative, independent analysis and good judgment in solving network support problems
    • Must be able to minimize downtime by rapidly diagnosing and resolving problems
    • Maintain a high level of teamwork and communication across various IT groups
    • Provide assistance and knowledge transfer to various IT departments on data network and voice related functions
