The role of the Contract Risk Manager is to define, identify and manage the risk review activities performed during the negotiation, execution and termination of Third Party contracts for Texas Capital Bank. The position will work closely with TCB business teams and subject matter experts, Legal, Procurement and Third Parties to ensure contracts contain appropriate language to meet regulatory, federal, state and TCB requirements. The position must have superior knowledge of regulatory requirements and contractual terms to ensure the final contract allows TCB to adhere to those requirements.
The position will also serve to assist other key functions in the department (e.g., due diligence, onsite reviews, scorecards, etc.) as needed and therefore must have strong technical knowledge in these areas as well.
