    • Work in conjunction with Loan Syndications and Lines of Business across the Bank’s different markets to identify and pursue new debt opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
    • Analyze the bank’s loan portfolio to unearth potential transactions in M&A and other opportunistic transactions
    • Evaluate financial statements, historical trends, projections, management performance, industry, cash flow and capital structure
    • Conduct modeling and financial analysis of client’s debt capacity under various scenarios
    • Prepare pitch books with junior team member, working alongside the Loan Syndications team and respective Lines of Business
    • Present new transaction ideas to clients
    • Manage and mentor junior team members


    • Minimum 6-8 years of previous corporate banking or underwriting experience
    • Prior management or team lead experience preferred
    • Bachelors Degree in related field required  
    • Experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Banking environment with strong working knowledge of the capital markets required
    • Formal credit training or commensurate experience required
    • Strong analytical skills; Advanced financial modeling skills required
    • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
    • Advanced understanding of accounting and financial statements
    • Advanced writing skills
