    • Serves as a team member in the Treasury Management Signature Services group
    • Works closely with Client Managers to assist in the on-boarding and daily management of high-touch complex bank clients
    • Responsible for performing daily client support functions, including opening deposit accounts and processing account transactions
    • Responsible for hands-on resolution of client issues and daily client needs
    • Responsible for quickly and accurately identifying and escalating issues to prevent client impact
    • Responsible for building strong working relationships with clients, team members and internal partners
    • Responsible for completion of special projects assigned by management


    • Prior banking experience of 3+ years required along with demonstrated knowledge of deposit account opening processes
    • Prior treasury management or banking center experience preferred
    • Associate or bachelor degree preferred
    • Proven experience working in a team environment
    • Demonstrated ability to work professionally with clients on a consistant basis
    • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks 
    • Demonstrated history as a self-starter who can add value by driving process-related decisions while working independently with minimal amount of supervision
    • Must be detail-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
