    • Manage integration between Loan Origination System and risk analytic software
    • Develop volume and revenue forecasts
    • Analyze and prepare ad hoc reporting for key performance metrics
    • Monitor risk analytic software reports for discrepancies
    • Maintain pricing margin models in LOS/Optimal Blue
    • Partner with accounting partners to verify gain on sale
    • Analyze pipeline for seller related trends (i.e., pull through)
    • Effectively present and communicate analysis to the senior management to drive business decisions
    • Identify and implement efficiencies to further automate the reporting process


    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business preferred
    • 1-3 years related work experience in Mortgage and Secondary Marketing preferred
    • Ability to develop, implement, understand and enforce policies and procedures
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast faced environment with tight deadlines
    • Possess strong analytical and research skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel,  Access and SQL preferred
