Responsibilities

  • Perform internal and external sales reporting (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.)
    • Commission reports
    • Lock reports
    • Production reports
    • Pipeline reports
    • Hedge reports
  • Support Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Account Executives (AEs) around various sales tasks
    • Prepare various presentations
    • Ship materials to clients
    • Send out daily rate sheets to prospective clients
    • Send out application packages to new clients
  • Assist with Correspondent Lending marketing
    • Ship out marketing materials to sales staff and clients
    • Coordinate trade show activities
    • Create trade show calendars for sales staff
  • Work with Risk Management Group (RMG) to follow the application and approval process of new clients
  • Understand Correspondent Lending trends, gaps and issues
  • Follow seller production to ensure proper ramp up for new and existing clients
  • Source, coordinate and manage on and off site special events
  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership team when needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in mortgage sales and support, Correspondent Lending preferred
  • Customer service mindset with a team and goal oriented approach to day to day operations internally and externally
  • Possess strong analytical, research and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
