Responsibilities

  • Apply consultative approach to assist with ongoing Credit Administration initiatives, including policy, operational and project efforts
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently
  • Effectively communicate with Credit Administration and other lines of business
  • Assist in coordinating the planning and execution of all credit-related special projects such as aligning credit policy with regulatory changes, enhancing credit policy to support the bank’s growth and industry focus, ensuring loan and credit systems support the information and credit management demands of the business, ensuring that standard credit risk management processes are being managed to expectations
  • Engage with Texas Capital Bank Operations and Technology teams on system enhancements to ensure adoption across the enterprise
  • Anticipate business needs and required changes, and adjust projects accordingly
  • Maintain positive working relationships throughout the organization at all levels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of commercial banking experience preferred; formal credit training and understanding of credit processes preferred
  • Demonstrated experience multi-tasking on concurrent large, complex projects and initiatives
  • Strong proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio for reports, analysis, and presentations required
  • Affinity for technology and ability to effectively communicate with business and technology teams
  • Proven ability to effectively work in cross-functional project teams
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional relationship and consensus building skills with all levels of leadership
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
