Responsibilities

  • Serves as a Core Treasury & Liquidity Solutions Officer supporting San Antonio market
  • Promotes new sales for prospects with core product needs through phone-based model
  • Drives revenue by partnering with Relationship Managers and Strategic Treasury Solutions Officers (TSOs)
  • Executes in co-ordination with Market Leadership, Line of Business Managers, Relationship Managers, and TSOs
  • Understands our prospects’ business environments to better determine their treasury and liquidity needs
  • Conducts pricing and negotiation discussions with prospects to optimize relationship profitability and liquidity
  • Understands the competitions' capabilities and gaps, and how to position Texas Capital Bank Treasury & Liquidity Solutions against them

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business preferred
  • Minimum of five years bank treasury management sales experience preferred
  • Achieve Certified Treasury Professional designation within 2 years
  • Excellent relationship management skills  
  • Experience managing relationships across a variety of internal cross functional departments and externally with prospects and clients
  • Proven negotiation and active listening skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of bank products, services, credit standards and trends in commercial banking and treasury management
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and follow up skills
  • Proven history as a self-starter
