We’re looking for a very motivated individual to work on our IT Application Development team that is responsible for building and supporting custom web applications and integrations


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS related area
  • 8+ years of development experience
  • 6+ years of experience with Software AG webMethods or related Integration technologies
  • 2+ years of web development experience on Microsoft Technology Stack (ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server)
  • Experience with Software AG Centrasite and API Portal
  • Experience with and knowledge SOAP, REST, JMS, PUB/SUB technologies and related Security implementation
  • Experience with WebSphere MQ (Preferred)
  • Experience with developing and Deploying SQL Server Databases via SQL Server Data Tools
  • Ability to use XSD, XML and XSLT/XPath and JSON technologies in support of building
  • Strong experience building integrations with files across a variety of formats
  • Experience with WMTestSuite or SoapUI for Automated Testing
  • Experience with webMethods WebDeploy  & Command Central for Deployments a Plus
  • Experience with Powershell a Plus
  • Knowledge of different software delivery methodologies
  • Banking or Financial Services Industry Experience Preferred
  • Experience maintaining and prioritizing a system backlog 
  • Detailed-oriented with a proven history as a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to make good judgements, decisions, negotiate and problem solve
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to present ideas in user friendly language
  • Outstanding organizational and effective time management skills

System Assignment may change based on need and demand.

  • Create and maintain integration solutions using Software AG webMethods integration platform
  • Provide Tier 3 Support for webMethods Integrations.  Will be responsible to improve Incident Response with IT Operations and Business as needed to propose & implement fixes for repeated problems.  Provide support for Web Applications as needed.
  • Build and Maintain relationships with appropriate System Stakeholders to continuously improve the speed and quality web applications and
  • Partner with Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts from the Business, and counterparts from IT to complete system requirements, technical specifications and process documentation for assigned projects
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate the scope of the business problems presented and help identify viable technical solutions that deliver business value
  • Create requirement and design documents as needed for assigned projects
  • Helps to development and ensure adherence to published  system architectural decisions and development standards
  • Multi-task across several ongoing projects and daily duties of varying priorities as required
  • Provide input into each phase of the systems development cycle as required
  • May build and maintain ASP .NET / MS SQL based solutions which meet the business needs of the organization
  • May lead and direct the work of others
