    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and interpret complex loan documentation, ensuring accurate system input on new, renewal and modified loans on the AFS Level III system (analysis includes proper coding structure, rate structure, billing schedules and funds disbursement).
    • Performs system input of payment and advance requests, which includes loan analysis to ensure proper payment application or adequate availability to support advance requests
    • Administers incoming department e-mail requests and performs routine and/or requested maintenance on the loan system and issue resolution when necessary

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of five years commercial loan operations experience which must include at least three years of loan booking and/or loan servicing experience with large commercial credits 
    • AFS Level III loan system knowledge preferred
    • Thorough understanding of loan documentation, both attorney prepared and standard “in house” documentation.
    • Must be able to work as a member of a cohesive team, offering assistance to others during peak periods
    • Interfaces well with all levels of management and employees using proven customer service skills
    • Demonstrates the ability to remain calm under pressure; capable of proposing and accepting compromises for issue resolution
    • Detail oriented; analytical skills for problem identification and resolution; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks; ability to work under constant time-related deadlines
    • College degree is preferred but commensurate work experience is acceptable
