    We are looking to grow our DFW Branch Banking team with this unique opportunity! While our Financial Service Rep will primarily be based at our Corporate Headquarters in Uptown Dallas, he or she will also support our teams and serve our customers at all 6 of our DFW banking centers as needed. This is a great development opportunity for a senior teller that is eager to learn new accounts and build relationships. General hour requirements will be Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, with availability to work one Saturday a month from 9 AM to 1 PM.


    • Handle opening of new accounts for commercial relationship managers and walk-in customers
    • Coordinate legal account documentation to ensure compliance with various regulations
    • Perform Customer Service Rep (Teller) duties as needed
    • Assist management with various operational duties and responsibilities
    • Act as a liaison with various internal business partners to facilitate client on-boardings
    • Offer and cross-sell bank products and services
    • Provide exceptional customer service for miscellaneous account issues that occur within the banking center
    • Abide by Texas Capital Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance guidelines


    • Minimum 2 years previous banking experience working in a branch, including customer service and cash handling
    • Ability to travel to and support all 6 DFW Banking Center locations as needed
    • Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficient knowledge of PC (Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet)
    • Must be team oriented
    • Ability to multi task and problem solve in a fast paced environment
    • Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
