Responsibilities

  • Process daily Participation/Early Buyout activity for end of day settlements
  • Provide support for Relationship Specialists, Risk Management and external customers related to loan payoffs, participations, return wires, curtailments and line adjustments
  • Participation/Early Buyout Settlement reports
  • Interact with Warehouse Lending/Early Buyout clients and participating banks to research exceptions, special projects and miscellaneous requests
  • Make daily decisions in regards to time management and wire executions
  • Maintain accuracy to minimize risk and penalties while keeping client satisfaction high

Qualifications

  • This position will be based out of Wisconsin
  • 7+ years of mortgage banking experience
  • Basic knowledge of deposit operations and accounting
  • Superior customer service and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, handle interruptions and work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Exposure to Nautilus and CBSplus is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and interact with all levels of employees and clients
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information as required
  • Basic knowledge in Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Basic knowledge of WarehouseNow or similar Warehouse Lending platform(s)
