The bank's Builder Finance team is headquartered in Houston and works with home builders throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service
  • Reconcile inventory and borrowing base reports monthly               
  • Order appraisals and prepare appraisal reviews
  • Order and review Flood Certifications and ensure compliance with flood regulations
  • Enter loan information into proprietary TCL system
  • Interface with title companies for title requests and funding requests
  • Assemble and review loan funding packages in preparation to send to Loan Operations
  • Ensure that loan package is complete and in compliance with all regulations & bank procedures
  • Process interim construction loan draws
  • Enhance procedures as needed
  • Assist team member as well as other areas of division & bank with projects assignments as needed

 

Qualifications

  • 2 years Builder Finance or equivalent work experience
  • Customer service and loan servicing experience a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-starter with ability to initiate action
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Have ability to interact productively with bank management, fellow employees and various vendors
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi task
