Texas Capital Bank is seeking a QA Manager to lead software testing of multiple technology initiatives for the bank. The initial focus for this role will be to partner with Project Managers, Software Engineers and business leaders to support testing of an Enterprise Data Warehouse initiative. The QA Manager will be responsible for supervising one or more teams of testing leads and analysts to create test plans and perform functional and technical software testing. of applications and delivery of transformative solutions for Texas Capital Bank. Utilizing automated UI, API and ETL testing tools, the successful candidate will be expected to require minimal supervision to deliver superior results for the bank.
