  • Daily monitoring and analysis of client behavior monitoring system
  • Daily monitoring and analysis of wire and ACH transactions
  • Research and action on alerts from the behavior monitoring systems, including placing calls to clients as needed
  • Work daily Deposit Operations Fraud Reports (Out of Sequence Checks, Duplicate Items, Check Kiting)
  • Research and take action on check item questions received from Relationship Managers or Associates
  • Perform Daily Deposit Review for Remote Deposit and Lockbox items
  • Participate in Fraud Action Notification Group. Take action as necessary per departmental procedures
  • Perform various internal department daily, weekly and monthly audits
  • Assist in the department Operations risk and control identification process
  • Participate in improving and updating department risk and control procedures and processes as necessary.
  • Work on special projects and perform other duties as needed


  • Two (2) years of college experience preferred.
  • Three (3) years or more of banking operations and customer service experience, including exposure to Treasury Management 
  • Sound understanding of banking rules and regulations and banking policies and procedures
  • Possess superior analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong decision making skills 
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Extremely detailed oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Effective communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships across the organization
  • Strong Microsoft application knowledge, including a minimum of Intermediate MS Excel experience required
