  • Manage and enhance Texas Capital’s data architecture using the bank’s management information system, Axiom EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
  • Apply financial acumen to process and review financial models and analyze data trends using multiple database tools
  • Streamline existing processes to ensure business-as-usual processes and reporting are as efficient and as effective as possible
  • Respond to requests and resolve issues related to management reporting and budget/planning reporting
  • Reconcile differences between source systems, the bank general ledger and reporting systems
  • Interface regularly with Axiom and data users within the organization, including stress testing and the business lines, to resolve issues, understand requirements and/or enhance existing MIS capabilities
  • Generate reports for all lines of business and miscellaneous central functions within the bank
  • Assist with special projects as needed



  • Bachelor’s degree required in finance or accounting
  • 2 -5 years prior work experience required; finance, accounting, MIS management, reporting, and/or regulatory reporting within a financial institution preferred
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work with large volumes of data to produce management level reports
  • Well-organized with the ability to work on multiple financial reporting projects that may involve many different areas of the bank
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on MS Excel; VBA experience a plus
  • Must be able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience to form and maintain good working relationships with a wide network of internal and external stakeholders; some at senior levels
