  • Analyze and interpret complex loan documentation, ensuring accurate system input on new, renewal and modified loans on the AFS Level III system (analysis includes proper coding structure, rate structure, billing schedules and funds disbursement).
  • Performs system input of daily payment and advance requests for Managed Assets and Broker Dealer loans, which includes loan analysis to ensure proper payment application or adequate availability to support advance requests.
  • Coordinate the communication with attorneys, Finance, Managed Asset, Broker Dealer groups and CPOs to determine the desired outcome of each transaction.
  • This position is also responsible for the subsequent servicing of the loans, which includes the necessary analysis and system input for research and maintenance requests from lending officers, relationship associates, bank customers, attorneys, and audit while working with appropriate resource to resolve issues.
  • Performs processing functions for the release of securities held as collateral on Broker Dealer Loans, which includes the analysis of the release documents for proper approvals and accurate security information.


  • Minimum of 4 years commercial loan servicing experience which must include at least 2 years of loan servicing experience on large commercial credits
  • AFS Level III loan system knowledge required.  Knowledge of the ACBS loan system is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with system generated exception and tickler reports
  • Thorough understanding of Managed Assets loans, Broker/Dealer loans, attorney prepared loan documentation and rate option loans is required
  • Must have a thorough understanding of bank accounting and general ledger interfaces, including the unique accounting requirements associated with managed asset facilities
  • Previous experience with processing requirements associated with bankruptcy situations, troubled debt restructures, foreclosures, non-accrual and charge off loan processing
  • Must be able to work as a member of a cohesive team, offering assistance to others during peak periods
  • Interfaces well with all levels of management, employees and outside contacts using proven customer service skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to remain calm under pressure; capable of proposing and accepting compromises for issue resolution
  • Detail oriented; analytical skills for problem identification and resolution; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks; ability to work under constant time-related deadlines
  • College degree is preferred but commensurate work experience is acceptable
