    • Performance of day to day department operations to ensure residential mortgage loans are managed in strict compliance with contract terms, industry servicing standards, federal and state regulations, and applicable Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae requirements
    • Proactively initiate communication with GSE’s and third party investors to ensure the company is delivering “White Glove” customer service
    • Perform active reporting and remitting in accordance with the investor’s guidelines (daily, monthly and interim reporting and remitting)
    • Ensure accurate, efficient and timely preparation of financial analysis for all loans within the servicing portfolio
    • Identify, develop and implement improvements to workflow and processes to ensure compliance with GSE requirements, vendor oversight and sound accounting practices
    • Perform related duties as requested


    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business or a related field preferred
    • 4+ years Investor Reporting/Accounting experience in Mortgage Loan Servicing Operations
    • Understanding of the entire mortgage loan servicing life-cycle
    • Ability to read and accurately interpret servicing contracts, promissory notes, security instruments, modification agreements, and other documentation related to mortgage portfolio asset servicing
    • Knowledge of investor accounting principles and concepts
    • Sound knowledge in all federal regulations attributable to mortgage banking and servicing
    • Customer service mindset with a team and goal oriented approach to day to day operations internally and externally
    • Possess strong analytical and research skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
